Jeera cookies

Yes, its true that everybody loves choco chip cookies but once you will taste these salted jeera cookies they are gonna be in your favourite list too. if somebody ask me which one you like most then I would say that choco chip cookies are like chilhood memories..chunky, chocolaty and these jeera cookies are like lazy afternoon, a cup of tea & light music. That is a difference for me :) So, lets make these super easy yet super tasty aromatic salted cookies.. One thing I want to add that you can make these cookies without roasting Cumin seeds(jeera) but if you will roast it slightly on a pan then its gonna enhance the aroma of these cookies. I prefer roasting it so the once which is showed in picture is already roasted and I have added Ajwain (carom) also. This is my personal choice as it makes cookies more tasty. You can skip it if its not available with you.

choco chip cookies are all time favorite for kids are well as grown ups too.. Those who have sweet tooth cannot resist having a one. These cookies can be easily paired by morning milk, coffee or just like that anytime of the day. They are made in many variations but the most famous among everyone is choco chip cookies. It is very easy to make & yet so tasty and the best part is that they can be made eggless too...so lets make these heavenly cookies in a very easy way.

You cannot resist making this dessert..if you have a sweet tooth like me :) I just made made it for the first time & I feel so proud of myself of making this beautiful sago dish. Aate ka halwa

Aate ka halwa is one of the oldest Indian sweet and is very popular in North India. You can make this sweet at any festival or celebration or as a dessert after meal. It is a simple, easy & yet so delicious sweet recipe which can be made in few minutes with only four Ingredients and these ingredients are available in every house mostly. Aate ka halwa is famous as Kadha prasad too.. Kadha prasad which is made in Gurudwaras & served like a prasad. Ingredients are same only the ratio of ghee differ in aate ka halwa & kadha prasad. There are many ways of making Aate ka halwa..like some roast wheat flour with ghee & some add ghee later on. Some people use normal water & some use hot water. I have tried this halwa in two three ways & found the below method quick & simple.


Sabudane ki kheer

Sabudana ki kheer is the most common type of kheer which is consumed during fast days..one of the easiest & delicious recipe which can be prepared in 15 mins of time. Made of Sago pearls (sabudana) this Kheer is very popular in Maharashtra & Karnataka. There are various delicacies made by Sago pearl, but of all I have made & learnt this Sago kheer is the easiest of all. You only need to soak Sago (sabudana) 2-4 hrs prior cooking. Soaked sabudana need only 15 minutes to cook. When I made this for the first time my kid loved it. Then I realize that it can be a nice breakfast for kids. Sago (sabudana) is full of carbohydrate & low in calories so it can be a healthy breakfast or an after meal dessert to.. Lets start making this quick delicious smooth Kheer


Makhane ki kheer

Makhane ki kheer is one of those delicious pudding which is usually eaten during fasting time. Full of protein & carbohydrate it gives lots of energy that is why it is mostly eaten at fasting periods. Easy to make this healthy & delicious pudding is liked by many people. Due to fox nut/ Makhana is has a very different taste apart of many other Indian puddings. It is very good for kids who lack energy or feel dullness most of the time.
