Gingerbread Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Whisk butter with sugar , add vanilla essence, eggs, molasses & curd

Whisk all wet ingredients & keep it aside.

Grind cinnamon & clove and sieve all the dry ingredients with it.

Mix the dry ingredients gradually with wet ingredients.
05.
Grease & dust a bundt cake pan & put the batter into it.
06.
Bake @ 180 degrees for 30-35 mins.
07.
Once baked let it cool & de-mould it.
08.
Decorate with powdered sugar & sprinkler or as per your choice.
09.
Once the bread is baked, brush some more butter to make it soft & buttery.
