Ingredients

    Make Mango puree by adding pulp & a little milk to the grinder.

  • 02.

    In a bowl put sooji, curd & mango pulp. Mix it together. Cover it & let it rest for 10-15 mins.

    After 10 mins add powdered sugar & some milk to make the right consistency.

  • 04.

    Mix it well & add baking soda. Now mix again & put it in greased Idli stand.

  • 05.

    Steam cook for 15 mins.

  • 06.

    If not have Idli stand then put some water in a pan & place a vegetable washing basket on top of it.

  • 07.

    Grease small bowls & put Idli batter in them. Keep it in the basket & cover it with a lid. Cook for 15 mins approx. Keep checking with the help of a toothpick

  • 08.

    Once Idli is cooked remove it from the steam & de-mold it using a cold spoon.

  • 09.

    Aam Idli is ready to serve. Enjoy it as a breakfast, evening snacks, or in a school tiffin.
