Cheesy-Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 01.

    Active yeast by adding in warm milk with sugar. Leave it for 10 mins in warm place.

    Once yeast is activated, add oil & stir.

  • 03.

    Sieve flour & salt & add the yeast mixture.

  • 04.

    Mix it by hand & knead it for 15 mins approx to make a soft dough.

  • 05.

    Once dough is kneaded, put it in a big greased bowl & cover it to rise for 2 hrs at warm place.

  • 06.

    Dough gets doubled in size after rising. make it smooth by kneading again & pat it in square shape to cut small pcs of dough.

  • 07.

    Take small piece of dough, fill the cheese in it. seal the ends & make a ball.

  • 08.

    Once all the bread balls are ready, leave them for 30 more mins to rise.

  • 09.

    Crush garlic & mix it in melted butter with oregano.

  • 10.

    Brush it on the bread balls & bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins till the bread gets golden or light brown in colour.
