Ingredients

    Melt Jaggery in a pan with some water.

    Make a syrup & let it cool completely.

  • 03.

    Add jaggery syrup to warm milk.

  • 04.

    Now add curd (jaman) to the jaggery milk & mix well.

  • 05.

    Transfer to the bowls & keep it in a warm place for 6 hrs.

  • 06.

    Once the curd is settled, put the bowl in the fridge, for better results.

  • 07.

    Mishti Dahi without Sugar is ready to serve.
