Ingredients

  • 01.

    Wash & soak rice for 15 mins.

  • 02.

    In pan heat ghee. add soaked rice & roast for 5-7 mins.

  • 03.

    Once rice are roasted, remove from heat & cool it down, then grind them into fine granules using grinder.

  • 04.

    In the same pan put milk & let it boil.

  • 05.

    Once milk is boiled, add grinded rice & stir

  • 06.

    Now add cardamom powder & condensed milk. mix well.

  • 07.

    Now according to taste add sugar- 1-3 tbsp

  • 08.

    Mix well & turn off the flame. let the Phirni cool down then refrigerate it.

  • 09.

    Once Phirni is chilled. Garnish with some almonds & pistachios & serve.

  • 10.

    Its always better to serve Phirni in Earthen bowl. Is soaks the moisture of Phirni & make it more thick & tastes like Rabri.
