Ingredients

  • 01.

    Crush digestive biscuit in the grinder.

  • 02.

    Add melted butter to it.

  • 03.

    Scoop some mixture into glasses or bowls as per your choice.

  • 04.

    Level it up & refrigerate for 30 mins.

  • 05.

    Meanwhile whip heavy / whipping cream in a big bowl for 7-8 mins. till stiff peak.

    In another bowl take cream cheese (at room temperature)

  • 07.

    Add sugar to it & Whisk for 2-3 mins.

  • 08.

    Combine whipping cream, cream cheese & hung curd.

  • 09.

    Whisk for another 2-3 mins & add mango puree to it.

  • 10.

    Mix well & put it in piping bags.

  • 11.

    take the glasses & bowls & pipe cream cheese filling carefully. tap it to level it up.

  • 12.

    Refrigerate for another 30 mins to 1 hour.

  • 13.

    Now add mango puree on the top, and level it.

  • 14.

    Garnish it with fresh chopped fruits/mint leaves & serve chilled.
