Ingredients

  • 01.

    Boil milk on medium & low flame. reduce it to half.

  • 02.

    On other side..cut square pcs of bread, removing the edges.

  • 03.

    In a pan shallow fry bread cubes brushing some ghee.

  • 04.

    Shallow fry bread pcs until golden. keep them aside.

  • 05.

    Once the milk is reduces to half add sugar, cardamom powder, kesar & chopped dry fruits. put only 50% of the chopped dry fruits, keep 50% for garnishing.

  • 06.

    Once the Rabri milk is ready, turn off the flame.

  • 07.

    Take a shallow dish & spread all the bread cubes evenly.

  • 08.

    Pour hot Rabri milk on top of it. tap it to remove air bubbles.

  • 09.

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits & rose petals (optional)

  • 10.

    Cover with cling wrap & refrigerate for 3-4 hours. once nicely chilled, cut small pcs & serve.
