Ingredients

  • 01.

    Roast desiccated coconut in ghee till they start turning golden.

  • 02.

    Add milk & keep stirring, till the milk gets absorbed.

  • 03.

    Add sugar & stir. Sugar will start melting.

  • 04.

    Keep stirring & add milk powder gradually.

  • 05.

    Once everything is well-combined turn off the flame.

  • 06.

    Now add Kesar milk in 1/5 portion & stir till moisture absorb.

  • 07.

    Add beetroot juice in another 1/5 portion & stir till the moisture absorb.

  • 08.

    Now add khus sherbet & rose sherbet in another portion.

  • 09.

    Keep some white ladoo mix (1/5 portion) separate.

  • 10.

    Now all the five colors of the nariyal mixture is ready - red, pink, green, yellow & white

  • 11.

    Start making laddoos & cover them in coconut powder.

  • 12.

    Colorful nariyal laddoos are ready to serve.
