  • 01.

    Pre-heat your oven, or if using microwave make it to convection mode & preheat to 180 degrees for 10 mins

  • 02.

    Mix butter & sugar with hand whisker or electronic beater. Butter should be soft well enough to get mixed with sugar. So keep it out of the fridge 10 mins before.

    After beating for 2mins approx now sift flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt one by one.

  • 04.

    If you are using salted butter then pls do not add salt as it will make your cookies mare salty. As i was using unsalted butter so i used salt too separately.

    Now mix it with beater only to get everything combined properly. Do not over beat.

  • 06.

    After that add choco chips. Using your hand now mix it & make a dough.

  • 07.

    If required you can gradually add a tsp of milk & make a soft dough.

  • 08.

    Now using your hand make equal size of cookie balls. you can use ice-cream scoop to make their sizes equal.

  • 09.

    Place them in any non-stick baking tray & put them into oven for 12-13 mins.

  • 10.

    Bake them for 12 mins or until brown & once they are out of oven leave them in tray for 2 more mins before getting them cool on a wire rack.

  • 11.

    When cookies come out of the oven they are usually soft but they get crisp once they are completely cool.

  • 12.

    Now enjoy these heavenly delicious cookies with milk or as you like :)
