Ingredients

Roughly chopped strawberries.

Put them in pan with sugar.

Cook on low flame. Jams take around 50-60 mins to done.

Sugar melts & makes it watery.

Mash some strawberry with the masher, keep some chunks.

Keep stirring until it gets thick.
07.
Test it on a plate & turn off the flame.

Add lemon juice & let it cool.
09.
Sterilise the jar. Its very important to make the jar clean or else it will spoil the whole jam.

Dry the jar and there should be no water left in it.
11.
Transfer the jam in jar & refrigerate it.
12.
It can be used for a month or two.
