Fruit Tart

Ingredients

Boil milk to make custard. Add sugar.

Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk & stir to break the lumps.

Make thick paste of custard & refrigerate.

To make tart mix flour, sugar & salt with chilled butter.

Add cold water gradually to make a dough. Do not knead

Refrigerate the dough for 15- 20 mins.

Roll the dough in 2mm sheet & cut in circle

Place it in greased muffin cups & put them in pre-heated pan. (pre-heat on ow flame for 10 mins)

Bake it for 40 mins till light brown. let them cool.
10.
whisk custard to make a smooth paste & fill it in piping bag.
11.
Pipe custard in individual tarts & garnish with seasonal fruits.
12.
Fruit tarts are ready to serve.
13.
It better to assemble tarts at the time of serving to keep the tart base crunchy.
