Ingredients

  • 01.

    Make mama- to make instant mawa, take ghee, and milk in a pan. gradually add milk powder & keep stirring. once mawa is ready keep it aside.

  • 02.

    To make Rabri- boil milk in a deep pan & keep stirring. reduce it to half & add, sugar, elaichi powder & dry fruits. keep it aside.

    Mix chopped nuts in cooled mawa & mix it.

  • 04.

    Take 2 slices of bread. put some mawa in between & roll press by a rolling pin.

  • 05.

    Cut in a round shape with a cookie cutter or glass. prepare all patties.

  • 06.

    Shallow fry bread patties till golden brown from both sides.

  • 07.

    Keep them in a deep serving dish. pour warm Rabri over top. let the patties dip completely in Rabri.

  • 08.

    Sprinkle some chopped nuts & rose petals or Kesar on top. refrigerate for 3-4 hours. serve chilled.
