Ingredients

  • 01.

    Take half cup of milk & mix custard powder in it. stir it so that no lumps are there.

    Boil rest milk & when it starts boiling then add custard/milk mixture.

  • 03.

    Keep stiring it to avoid sticking at base. It will start getting thicker.

  • 04.

    Turn off the flame & mix sugar. stir it so that it gets melt in hot custard.

  • 05.

    Now let it cool for an hour.

  • 06.

    Whip cream in a big bowl & mix custard in it. Make sure it is not hot.

  • 07.

    Check sweetness..if required add powdered sugar it in.

  • 08.

    Now add choco chunks & tutty-fruity in cream & custard.

  • 09.

    Pour them in ice-cream molds carefully & freeze them for approx 6-8 hrs or overnight.

  • 10.

    De-mold them & serve them chilled. If it gets tough to de-mold then take a pan & put all mold in hot water for a min maximum. it will get out easily.
