Ingredients

  • 01.

    Dry roast dry fruits & let them cool.

  • 02.

    Once cooled. crush them slightly.

  • 03.

    Melt jaggery with ghee in a pan. once melted add rose water & keep stirring for 5-7 mins on low flame.

  • 04.

    Check the jaggery syrup by dripping some drops in cold water. drippings should break like crystal .

  • 05.

    Add baking soda & stir.

  • 06.

    Now add crushed dry fruits & rose petals.

  • 07.

    Mix quickly. put the mixture on greased baking sheet & roll evenly.

  • 08.

    When it is still warm, Cut them into desired shapes & sizes.
