Ingredients

  • 01.

    Dry roast kaju for 1-2 mins & let it cool completely.

  • 02.

    Grind it in grinder using pulse mode.

  • 03.

    Sieve through a fine strainer & keep the cashew powder aside.

  • 04.

    To make sugar syrup. boil sugar & water for 5 mins to 1 bring consistency

  • 05.

    Add cashew powder gradually.

  • 06.

    Keep stirring for 10 mins till the mixture separates from pan.

  • 07.

    Add ghee & cardamom powder. mix it.

  • 08.

    Transfer to a greased butter sheet & knead it slightly.

  • 09.

    Put a butter sheet on top & roll it evenly.

  • 10.

    Place silver wark. & cut into diamond shapes.

  • 11.

    Kaju katli is ready to serve. keep it in air tight jar for longer use.
