Ingredients

Mix whole wheat flour with sugar. add milk gradually to create a batter.

Cover & keep it aside for 30-40 mins.

After that add some more milk to create flowy batter & add chopped dry fruits with fennel seeds & cardamom powder.
04.
Add oil/ghee in a pan & pour a big spoon of batter into it.
05.
Flip & fry till golden brown from both the sides.
06.
Aata Malpua is ready to serve.
