Ingredients

    Peel & chop jackfruit in small pcs

  • 02.

    Boil water with salt & turmeric. add chopped jackfruit to it.

  • 03.

    Boil & cook for 10 min on low flame.

  • 04.

    Strain once cooked & shallow fry all the cooked jackfruit pcs.

  • 05.

    To make masala - Put oil in pressure cooker. Add all the whole dry spices. let it splutter.

  • 06.

    Add sliced onions & green chilli (slit) and sauté them.

  • 07.

    Add crushed ginger - garlic & saute

  • 08.

    Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder & garam masala powder and stir well.

  • 09.

    Add fried kathal pcs & mix well. put the lid on top & keep stirring on intervals on low flame.

  • 10.

    Add water & pressure cook for 2 whistles on high flame.

  • 11.

    Once done. open & add chopped coriander & serve hot with chapati & rice.
