Ingredients

  • 01.

    De-seed amla & grind the pulp.

  • 02.

    In a deep pan/vessel put amla pulp & jaggery.

  • 03.

    Cook on low flame, covered for 15-20 mins. Keep stirring in between.

  • 04.

    When the jaggery melts, grind dry spices & put them in mixture.

  • 05.

    Add sonth powder & mix well & cook for 10-15 mins covered.

  • 06.

    Add ghee & stir on medium flame.

  • 07.

    Again turn the flame to low & cover. cook for 5-7 more mins.

  • 08.

    When the ghee starts separating turn off the flame & let it cool completely.

  • 09.

    Keep it in clean air tight jar. refrigerate for longer usage.
