Ingredients

Boil water with salt & ghee.

Gradually add rice flour in it.

Keep stirring.

Once nicely mixed. cover with a lid & leave for 10 mins.

Now transfer the mixture in a big vessel & start kneading by bowl/glass & then by your hand.

Knead it for 8-10 mins & make a soft dough ball.

Prepare stuffing by grinding soaked chana daal with garlic, chilli, cumin, salt & turmeric.

Add chopped coriander & some dry roasted cumin (optional). mix well.
09.
Make big chapatis of rice flour dough & cut in small circles by glass/bowl/cookie cutter. fill stuffing in half & fold it.
10.
Steam cook for 15 mins & fara is ready to be served with green Coriander chutney
