Ingredients

  • 01.

    Wash the jamun properly & de-seed them.

  • 02.

    Mash them with the help of a masher or grind them in grinder. but do not make a paste of it. we have to keep some chunks of Jamun in raita.

  • 03.

    Whisk curd to make it smooth. Add black salt & jeera powder to it. mix it.

  • 04.

    Add Jamun pulp into it & mix again.

  • 05.

    Adjust salt & jeera powder as per taste & add chili powder if required.

  • 06.

    Mix & serve. Quick & easy Jamun raita is ready.
