Ingredients

  • 01.

    Add sugar in warm water, dissolve.

  • 02.

    Now add yeast in it. mix & leave it to activate for 10-15 mins.

  • 03.

    In another bowl sieve flour, salt & milk powder.

  • 04.

    mix oil in yeast mixture & add it to the flour. knead it for 10-12 mins.

  • 05.

    Make it a smooth dough.

  • 06.

    Grease the bowl & the dough and leave it to rise for 2-3 hrs.

  • 07.

    Note ** whole wheat flour takes long time to rise. **

  • 08.

    Knead dough for tortillas (chapatis) also & keep it aside.

  • 09.

    To make filler cheese add cheese cubes, mozzarella cheese , butter & milk in double boiler & let it melt on low flame. keep stirring.

    Once melted completely , remove from flame & whisk for a min to make it lump free. either by hand whisk or electric beater.

    refrigerate the filler cheese in air tight jar.

  • 12.

    Make thin chapatis (tortillas) & cook from both the sides.

  • 13.

    Now take the risen dough & knead once again for 5-7 mins.

  • 14.

    Divide in two equal parts.

  • 15.

    Dust some flour & start flattening the dough in round shape on a bake tin.

  • 16.

    Spread filler cheese in good amount & place tortillas on above.

  • 17.

    Fold the edges as shown in the video, this helps cheese spread till the edges of base.

    Now seal the dough nicely to the tortillas.

  • 19.

    Spread pizza sauce, add veggies of your choice , top with Mozzarella cheese.

  • 20.

    Bake in pre-heat oven for 12 mins on 220 degrees.

    Slice it & serve hot. Cheesy whole wheat pizza is ready :)
