Fish Curry | Fish fry in mustard gravy

Ingredients

Clean the fish nicely.

Grind garlic, red chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala powder together using little water.

Use this paste to marinate fish pcs for 15-20 mins.

In a deep vessel pan, add oil & methi seeds.

Add the remaining masala paste & stir fry for 5 mins.

Now add chopped tomatoes & cook covered on low flame for 10 mins approx.

Keep stirring in between.

When oil separates, add water.

Adjust salt & add some Kashmiri red chilli powder. add lemon juice & stir nicely.
10.
Now add fried fish pcs gently & cook it covered for 10 more mins.
11.
Turn off the flame & garnish with chopped coriander.
12.
Fish Curry is ready, serve with chapati & rice.
