Chicken Momos

Ingredients

  • 01.

    To make dough - mix all purpose flour with salt.

  • 02.

    Add water gradually & make a smooth dough.

  • 03.

    Cover with wet cloth & keep it aside for 30 mins.

  • 04.

    To make filling - Chop boneless chicken pcs in fine chunks.

  • 05.

    In a bowl add chicken chunks, onions, spring onions, coriander, salt, soy sauce, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste & butter with little water.

    Mix everything nicely & keep it aside.

  • 07.

    Now take the dough & knead it for 10 mins.

  • 08.

    Make small pooris ( roll sheet) & fill the chicken fillings.

  • 09.

    Fold the edges as shown in the video or as per your choice.

  • 10.

    Steam cook for 15-20 mins. Momos are ready to eat.

  • 11.

    Boil tomatoes with red chillies for 15 mins.

  • 12.

    Once done, remove the skin of tomatoes. Let it cool.

  • 13.

    Grind tomatoes, red chillis, ginger, garlic, coriander, salt, sugar & vinegar together.

  • 14.

    Red hot & spicy momos chutney is ready. Store it in fridge for 1 week in air tight container.
