Sprouts Maggie

Ingredients

Take water in a deep pan & boil Maggie adding oil in it, to avoid sticking.

Keep stirring while boiling it on high flame for 4-5 mins.

Then drain the excess water, wash it again with plain water, sieve & keep it aside. (do not over boil, it should not become mushy, every string should look separate.

Now finely chop onions, chili & capsicum. If you want to you can add more vegetables as per your taste like cauliflower or mushrooms.

Wash sprouts, drain & keep it aside. (chana & moong should be properly soaked overnight)

Now in pan or kadai put 1 tbsp of oil & add jeera. Let it crackle.

Now add chili, then all vegetable together. Add salt & turmeric and saute them together on high flame for a min or two.

Then put the lid & let vegetables cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.

When vegetables look soft & cooked then add Maggie masala & mix properly.

Now add cooked Maggie, toss it & mix it on high flame. Keep repeating.

When Maggie looks nicely mixed with all the vegetables & masala then turn off the flame & keep the lid on to pan.

Leave it covered for a mins before serving to get the nice aroma.

If you want you can grated cheese on top to make it more yummy.

Now serve it hot in a plate or bowl & enjoy this health booster Maggie with a glass of milk or Juice.
