Vegetables Idli Recipe

Yields: 12 pcs approx
Take Idli batter in a big bowl & add all finely chopped veggies.
Add salt, pepper & chilli powder. Combine everything nicely.
Add water in Idli maker & keep it on high flame.
Now grease Idli stand with oil & put batter in moulds evenly with a big spoon.
Keep this stand in Idli maker & cook them for 15-20 mins on high flame.
Check it with skewer or toothpick & once they are done take Idli stand out.
Leave it for a min then take Idis out of mould with cold spoon or dip spoon in cold water. This makes Idlis come out of stand very nicely.
Serve it hot with coconut chutney, groundnut chutney or tomato chutney.
