  • 01.

    Wash & clean fish pieces.

  • 02.

    Take hung curd in a bowl & add all the spices.

  • 03.

    Add a tbsp of mustard oil also. mix well.

  • 04.

    Coat the mixture on fish pieces & onions, capsicum pieces too.

  • 05.

    Marinade for 10-15 min

  • 06.

    To give the smoky, tandoori aroma - burn a charcoal piece to red hot.

  • 07.

    Put it in a small bowl, place it in between marinated fish pieces.

  • 08.

    Pour a tsp of mustard oil on it & immediately cove the lid. let it be as it is for 10 mins.

  • 09.

    Now put the fish & capsicum/onion pieces in skewer.

  • 10.

    On a pan heat some oil & golden fry from both the sides. smoky fish tikka is ready

  • 11.

    Serve hot with coriander chutney.
