  • 01.

    Take equal size chicken cubes. Marinate with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar, cornstarch & egg.

    Mix nicely & marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

  • 03.

    Take oil in a pan & shallow fry the chicken pcs till golden brown.

  • 04.

    Once the chicken pcs are fried, keep them aside.

  • 05.

    In a separate pan, add ginger Julianne, garlic chopped, chilli & chopped spring onions.

  • 06.

    Sauce them on high flame. add onions & capsicum squares. Saute on medium to high flame to keep the veggies crunchy.

    In a bowl make a slurry for Manchurian.. take tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and water. mix nicely to break the lumps & add it to the cooked veggies.

    Keep stirring it. it will start thickening. add chicken pcs & mix gently.

  • 09.

    Keep tossing & stirring to get chicken & veggies covered with sauces.

  • 10.

    Cook for 5 more minutes on low flame & then turn off the flame.

  • 11.

    Garnish with chopped spring onions & enjoy hot as a snack or with fried rice or with any bread.
